Tours and Group Visits for Adults

  Tours at the Danforth Museum of Art  Tours at the Danforth Museum of Art

Join us for a museum tour led by an experienced Danforth Docent. Learn about the highlights of the Danforth Museum's galleries, from our permanent collection of American art to rotating exhibitions of contemporary artists.

Tours must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance. Please contact Kendra Keefer-McGee, Museum Education Coordinator, at (508) 620-0050 x23 or KKeefer-McGee @ danforthmuseum.org to schedule a tour. A Danforth Docent will meet your party at the entrance and facilitate your museum visit, with attention given to any special needs. The Danforth Museum and School of Art is handicapped accessible.

Fees: Adults, $11; Seniors, $9, Students, $8; Children, $6; Museum Members, $6. Fee includes museum admission. Most tours last one hour, and 6 - 45 persons can usually be accommodated for any one-hour time slot.

Public Tours

Public tours are offered on selected weekends. Public tours are free with admission and meet in the Museum lobby.
