Adult art classes in Framingham



Weekly classes support in-depth learning of fundamental skills and techniques for adults of all levels of ability and experience, and in a variety of media. Semester long classes meet once a week; class cancellations due to holidays are noted in the class descriptions. Four-week classes may be taken independently or consecutively.

NEW Policy RE: Class Supplies: All materials are now be provided for the first two meetings of all adult beginner-level classes. See the class supply lists (CS) to learn more.

NEW Policy RE: Early Bird & Senior Discounts: Danforth Art’s membership program was suspended in July, 2016; no new memberships or membership renewals are being sold at this time. The Winter Session is the last session with member rates available. A discounted Early Bird rate is available on all Spring Session workshops through March 9, 2017; the Early Bird rate will show automatically for online registration as available. Senior citizens (aged 65 and older) receive an additional 10% off all offerings; senior citizen discounts are available only for phone or in-person registrations.

OPEN STUDIOS
Open Studio sessions are designed for students to work in community, with no instruction. Registered students may use available tables, stools, and easels in our studios, but must bring their own artists’ supplies. Please click on the PDF below the grid for more information on our Life Drawing Open Studio Sessions.

*Prices are listed per individual class. Students are encouraged to register in advance but may register in-person on the night of the class. Discounted rate, 4-session Gift Certificates are available for purchase by phone only. Students do not need to redeem the sessions weekly, but these gift certificates are not transferable to a future season.
